Venditalia 2012 will be held in Fieramilanocity, porta Teodorico, pavillions 3 and 4.

Exhibitor entrance times:

9-10-11 May 8.30 am – 6.30 pm

12 May 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Access outside the above times may be granted subject to specific agreement and payment of a surcharge

Exhibitor move-in:

from 3 to 8 May (including Sunday 6) with pavilions open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm and vehicle access to the trade fair from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm.

On 8 May, the eve of the fair, exhibitors may not:

a)  take stand material into the fair;

b)  continue setting up their stands after closing time

Exhibitor move-out:

12  May 2012 with pavilions open from 5.30 pm to 10.00 pm and vehicle access to the trade fair from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

From 13 to 15 May (including Sunday 13) with pavilions open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm and vehicle access to the trade fair from 6.00 am to 5.00 pm.
