Which technological trends do you consider most relevant for the evolution of next-generation vending machines?
We believe that two technological trends stand out as particularly relevant today.
The first concerns user experience and human-machine interfaces. Enhancing the consumer’s interaction with the vending machine is essential to increase both engagement and revenue. An intuitive, engaging and customizable user experience allows customers to navigate product options based on their habits and preferences. We develop advanced touchscreen interfaces with integrated electronics and customizable graphics, as seen in our latest EVERLY and DESIA machines.
The second key trend is connectivity. Next-generation vending machines must be able to communicate constantly with operators, providing real-time information on operational status, consumption, performance and any technical assistance requirements.
On both fronts, our machines are already fully aligned: our latest models are online native and designed to operate seamlessly within advanced digital ecosystems.
How do your technological solutions contribute to making vending more efficient, connected and sustainable?
Our technological solutions are designed to deliver tangible improvements in operational efficiency. Integrated connectivity enables operators to monitor machines remotely, optimize restocking routes, manage technical support more effectively and reduce unnecessary on-site interventions, resulting in clear cost and time savings.
At the same time, sustainability has long been a strategic priority for Bianchi. We continuously work to improve the energy efficiency and consumption ratings of our products, introduce lower-impact materials such as recycled plastics and design machines for long component life and easy maintenance.
All these elements contribute to making vending not only more efficient and connected but also environmentally responsible.
How important is Venditalia for you as a dedicated event for technological innovation in the sector and what are your expectations for the 2026 edition?
